01 — Overview
Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Clouddle, Inc ("Clouddle," "we," "our," or "us") operates clouddle.com and provides a suite of internet services and property-wide Wi-Fi solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our website, internet services, and managed Wi-Fi networks.
By accessing or using any Clouddle service — whether through our website, a broadband plan, or a Clouddle-managed wireless network deployed at a residential community, commercial property, hotel, or campus — you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Plain-English Summary: We collect information needed to operate and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data. You have rights over your information and can contact us at any time.
02 — Information We Collect
Information We Collect
We collect information in three primary ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically through your use of our services, and information obtained from third parties.
Account Information
Name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to a service.
Network Data
Device identifiers (MAC addresses, IP addresses), connection timestamps, bandwidth usage, and signal quality metrics.
Usage Data
Pages visited on clouddle.com, referral URLs, browser type, operating system, and session duration.
Location Data
Property address and approximate network location associated with your service connection point.
Communications
Records of support tickets, chat transcripts, emails, and survey responses when you contact us.
Technical Logs
System logs, error reports, diagnostic data, and performance metrics generated by our network equipment.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data such as health information, financial account credentials, government ID numbers, or biometric data unless expressly required to deliver a specific service and with your clear consent.
03 — Wi-Fi Services
Property-Wide Wi-Fi Services
Clouddle deploys and manages enterprise-grade wireless networks for residential communities, multi-family housing, hotels, office buildings, and commercial campuses. When you connect to a Clouddle-managed Wi-Fi network, additional considerations apply.
- We collect the MAC address and hostname of your device to assign IP addresses and manage network access.
- We monitor aggregate bandwidth consumption per access point to maintain quality of service for all users on the property.
- We may implement content filtering or acceptable-use policies at the direction of the property owner or operator.
- We do not inspect, log, or store the content of your encrypted internet traffic (e.g., HTTPS sessions).
- We do log connection metadata (device connected, time, duration, data volume) for network troubleshooting and billing purposes.
- Captive portal authentication data — including email addresses provided during network sign-on — is stored and used to authenticate returning devices.
Property Owners & Operators: If you are a property manager or owner who has contracted Clouddle to deploy a Wi-Fi solution, a separate Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of end-user data on your behalf. Please contact us for details.
Residents, guests, and employees connecting to a Clouddle-managed network should also review any supplemental privacy notice provided by the property owner, as they may have additional data practices that apply to your connection.
